South Willingham is a village and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It is situated south-west from the A157 road, south-east from Market Rasen, north from Horncastle and 10 miles west from Louth. South Willingham is recorded in the ''Domesday Book'' as "Ulingeham".〔("Documents Online: South Willingham" ), The National Archives. The church, built of greenstone, was rebuilt in 1835, but the Perpendicular style tower and screen remain. In 1964 ''Pevsner'' noted a 1571 paten cover by John Morley.〔Cox, J.
